Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using DealDone Pakistan, available at www.dealdone.pk (“Platform”, “DealDone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, registering with, or using DealDone Pakistan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally permitted to enter into agreements under applicable law.

Users may post advertisements, listings, descriptions, photographs, and other content on DealDone Pakistan.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you post is accurate, lawful, and that you have the necessary rights or permission to publish it.

DealDone Pakistan reserves the right to review, reject, restrict, edit where appropriate, or remove listings or other content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to DealDone Pakistan.
By posting content on the Platform, you grant DealDone Pakistan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any photographs, descriptions, trademarks, or other material that you upload.
DealDone Pakistan provides an online marketplace that allows buyers and sellers to discover and communicate with each other.
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular service, DealDone Pakistan is not the buyer or seller of items advertised by users and is not a party to transactions between users.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on the price, payment method, delivery or collection arrangements, product condition, warranties, returns, and any other transaction terms.
Users should independently verify products, sellers, buyers, and transaction details before making payments or exchanging goods.
Users should exercise reasonable caution when dealing with other users.
DealDone Pakistan does not guarantee the identity, reliability, honesty, or accuracy of every buyer, seller, advertisement, or listing.
Never provide passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, or other sensitive security information to another user.
Suspicious listings or users should be reported to DealDone Pakistan for review.
Basic listings may be offered free of charge.
DealDone Pakistan may also offer paid services such as premium memberships, featured advertisements, promoted listings, or other packages.
Prices and applicable features will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, payments for digital promotional services that have already been activated may be non-refundable.
DealDone Pakistan reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue packages and pricing.

The DealDone Pakistan name, logo, website design, software, branding, and other content created by DealDone Pakistan are owned by or licensed to DealDone Pakistan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of DealDone Pakistan’s intellectual property to users.
Content uploaded by users remains subject to the provisions of Section 4 above.
DealDone Pakistan may display advertisements or contain links to third-party websites, products, payment services, or other external services.
We do not control independent third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, security, or privacy practices.
Third-party advertising, including advertising provided through services such as Google, may be displayed on the Platform.
We aim to keep DealDone Pakistan available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical problems, or other operational reasons.
Features of the Platform may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
DealDone Pakistan may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or remove content where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies, or where action is necessary to protect users or the Platform.
Users may stop using DealDone Pakistan at any time and may request account deletion where this functionality is available.
DealDone Pakistan provides a marketplace platform for users to advertise, discover, buy, and sell goods and services.
We do not independently verify every listing, product, buyer, or seller and cannot guarantee that every advertisement is accurate, genuine, safe, available, or lawful.
Users are responsible for conducting appropriate checks before entering into a transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealDone Pakistan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Platform or transactions between users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Your use of DealDone Pakistan is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information, cookies, advertising technologies, and other data may be handled.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, business operations, or legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where appropriate, we may also notify registered users of significant changes through the Platform or by email.
These Terms and your use of DealDone Pakistan are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
