Welcome to DealDone Pakistan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.dealdone.pk, including our marketplace, accounts, listings, promotional services, and other features provided through the platform.
By accessing or using DealDone Pakistan, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
DealDone Pakistan is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers across Pakistan.
Users can create accounts, post advertisements, browse listings, contact other users, and use other marketplace features made available through the Platform.
DealDone Pakistan generally acts as a platform connecting users and is not the buyer or seller of products listed by users unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain features may require you to create an account.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account details updated.
You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, and other account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or access another user’s account without permission.
Users may publish advertisements and listings for products or services permitted on DealDone Pakistan.

You must not use DealDone Pakistan to advertise, sell, promote, or distribute unlawful or prohibited products or services.
This includes, where prohibited by law or our policies, stolen or counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, unlawfully offered weapons, fraudulent services, sexually explicit material, or other illegal or harmful products and services.
DealDone Pakistan may remove prohibited listings and restrict or suspend accounts associated with serious or repeated violations.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own transactions.
Before completing a transaction, users should take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the other party, the condition and authenticity of an item, the agreed price, payment arrangements, and delivery or collection details.
DealDone Pakistan does not guarantee the quality, condition, authenticity, legality, safety, or availability of items advertised by users.
Unless DealDone Pakistan specifically provides an integrated payment service for a particular transaction, payments between buyers and sellers take place independently of the Platform.
Users are responsible for selecting appropriate and secure payment methods.
DealDone Pakistan is not responsible for payments made directly between users or losses resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized transactions between users.
DealDone Pakistan may provide both free and paid services.

The applicable price and included features will be displayed before a user purchases a paid service.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue packages, features, or prices from time to time.
Fees for digital promotional services that have already been activated may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
If a paid service cannot be delivered because of a technical issue attributable to DealDone Pakistan, users may contact us at info@dealdone.pk so that we can review the matter.
DealDone Pakistan may provide features that allow buyers and sellers to communicate.
Users must not use these features to send spam, threats, harassment, fraudulent offers, malicious links, or other unlawful or inappropriate communications.
Users should never share passwords, one-time verification codes, or other sensitive account security information with another person.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including listing descriptions and photographs.
By publishing content on DealDone Pakistan, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and improve DealDone Pakistan.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to publish any content you submit.
Where DealDone Pakistan provides reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback features, users must provide genuine information based on their actual experiences.
Fake reviews, manipulated ratings, abusive comments, and attempts to artificially influence reputation or ranking systems are prohibited.
We may use automated and manual measures to identify spam, suspicious activity, fraudulent advertisements, and violations of our policies.
However, no marketplace can guarantee that every user or listing is genuine.
Users should exercise reasonable caution when communicating with unknown parties or completing transactions.
Suspicious advertisements or accounts should be reported to DealDone Pakistan.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe that:

The DealDone Pakistan name, logo, branding, website design, software, graphics, and original platform content belong to DealDone Pakistan or its licensors.

User-generated content remains subject to the User Content provisions above.
DealDone Pakistan may contain links to third-party websites or services and may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including services such as Google AdSense.
DealDone Pakistan does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their products, services, content, security, or privacy practices.
Your interaction with third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We work to maintain reliable access to DealDone Pakistan but cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be available without interruptions, delays, errors, or technical problems.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict features for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons.

We do not independently verify every advertisement, product, service, buyer, or seller. The presence of a listing on DealDone Pakistan does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of that listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealDone Pakistan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or transactions between users.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
